Inspired by the idea of delivering value to the customer, Helmut started looking into alternative approaches for software development by 1998. Since then, he’s tried to make work more fun for developers and customers by focusing on Agile values and principles. Helmut coaches teams in Austria and Germany and tries to spread the Agile word outside the Software and IT community. Current activities focus on Agile transitions and adoptions for organisations using LeSS. Helmut is a Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster (CSP®-SM) and Certified Scrum Professional®-Product Owner (CSP®-PO), and a CLP with JIPP.IT. He is an active member of Scrum user group, Graz, and the LeSS Austria community.

Joanna has a Master’s in Project Management and worked in a typical Waterfall environment straight after college. Once introduced to Agile, she immediately fell in love with it. Agile felt right from the beginning.
As an Agile Coach, Joanna is passionate about helping teams grow and improve – to deliver work on the next level. She helps organisations by creating sustainable, highly-efficient teams, and has a strong belief in continuous learning and improvement. Alex Gray, who was a member of the EUGT for Global Scrum GatheringSM London 2018, is the SGVIE19 EUGT ScrumMaster. He is a professional, energetic and enthusiastic Agile trainer with 20+ years’ experience in a multitude of projects and roles. With a background starting in IT software development, Alex has experienced the full delivery lifecycle. Alex was a traditional Project Manager who, in 2005, was introduced to Agile - and has never looked back.
Alex is a co-author of The Chartered Institute for IT (BCS) book, “Agile Foundations: Principles, Practices and Frameworks,” and the creator of the initial syllabus, examination and course materials for the BCS “Foundation in Agile Practices” certification.
Alex’s current role is Head of Training for Radtac Ltd where he is responsible for managing and delivering training to many of the UK's leading companies within the banking, insurance, telecoms, gaming, and other sectors.
In his spare time, Alex is an avid motorsport and water sports fan, and has been a volunteer UK Sea Scout Leader for 23 years.

Tony Richards coaches teams in Agile and Lean across the UK and Ireland. Starting a career in software development, he’s been exposed to marketing, finance and corporate strategy. This experience allows Tony to work with leaders create environments where Agile teams thrive.
Back in the early ‘90s, Tony first came across Lean principles whilst working with Toyota and then discovered Scrum in 2010 as part of a cross-functional, autonomous, self-organised team trying to discover what the customer really needs. He’s been hooked ever since.
Tony holds a CSP®-SM and ICP-ACC, and currently works towards becoming a recognised professional coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Looking to give back, Tony co-hosts a user group in his local city (meetup.com/agileYork) and was a member of the EUGT for Global Scrum GatheringSM London 2018. When he’s not coaching Agile teams, he can be found on the court coaching kids basketball.

Based in London, Zak is a Management Consultant and Enterprise Agility Coach with over 10 years’ experience in helping FTSE100 organizations transform the way they think and operate. His recent article, “The case for enterprise agility (not just agile!),” highlights his passion for applying the principles of Agile to help client organizations and their people thrive in a fast-moving economy. His pragmatic approach is based on raising awareness of the mindsets and behaviors that hinder enterprise agility, using this awareness as a springboard for coaching people at all levels. He works with senior leadership members and C-suite executives to help them create the environment and culture that allows Agile teams to flourish.
He has had the privilege of working with some great businesses and amazing people – and learned a great deal from the challenges they face in their evolution as Agile organizations. Originally from Algeria, Zak speaks fluent Arabic, French and English, and intermediate Spanish. Most of his spare time is spent with his young family, with the occasional trip to watch Chelsea Football Club.

Amir has the privilege of being the first Scrum Alliance® Certified Team Coach (CTC) in Eastern Europe. He is also the founder of the first Scrum Alliance user group in Romania, Agile Coaching and Beyond. Amir is an enthusiastic and energetic Agile Coach with over seven years practicing Agile and more than 18 years of project management experience. He has successfully aided organisations in their Agile journey to either adopt or improve their use of Scrum and other Agile frameworks, both with troubled projects and new ones.
